RIDER POLICY

SECTION 1 - RIDER AGREEMENT

Rider agrees that they are of the legal age of rider requirement, and are bond to the entirety of this rider agreement hereof by choosing to be a rider.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

Rider agrees that they are riding and paying to ride of their own free will and have not been promised anything, nor will they be provide anything in lieu of riding. 

Rider acknowledges and agrees that by choosing to ride they are subjecting themselves to certain dangers, that may include but are not limited to: accident, injury, death, legal issues and more and that they (in choosing to ride) assume all responsibilities for rider and all dangers associated with such, and to hold Voodoo Vixens, the Krewe, Associates, Staff, Vendors, Supplies and Directors harmless of all possible outcomes of associated dangers. 

SECTION 3 - KREWE WAIVER

Rider acknowledges and agrees that they are also further bound, to additional rider agreements and waivers of the krewe and all of its policies.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Rider acknowledges that the total fees, known as parade dues are $900. All membership dues are non-refundable.  All dues are to be paid via electronic debit on the day chosen during registration (Float assignments are not guaranteed all riders will be assigned to the spot of Voodoo Vixens Director's choice)
